What Bunavi is
Bunavi is a baby-tracking journal for feeding, sleep, diapers, growth and milestones, with optional sharing between caregivers. It's a memory and organization tool for your family.
Not medical advice, and not for emergencies
Bunavi is a journal, not a medical device or a healthcare provider. It does not detect, diagnose, monitor, or ensure healthy growth, and using it creates no clinical or doctor–patient relationship. Everything you record is self-reported — the app does no clinical checks and will not flag a dangerous temperature, calculate a medication dose, or raise an alarm. Growth charts use WHO reference bands for context only. Bunavi is not for emergencies: logging a symptom here alerts no one. Always consult your pediatrician about your baby's health, and in an emergency call your local emergency number straight away.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login safe and for the caregivers you invite. You must be 16 or older to create an account. Your data stays yours — see the privacy policy.
Your content
The records, photos and notes you add stay yours. To run Bunavi you give us a limited licence to store, back up, sync and display that content — only to you and the caregivers you invite, only to provide the app, and never to advertise, sell, or train anything. When you invite a caregiver you confirm you're allowed to share that baby's information and that they can view and add records too. Delete your content or your account and this licence ends. Bunavi's own name, brand, design and software remain ours; you get a personal, non-transferable right to use the app under these terms, and may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it.
Subscriptions
Bunavi's core is free. Bunavi Plus is an optional upgrade billed through the App Store. Monthly and annual plans are auto-renewable subscriptions: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and each plan renews automatically for the same length and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends — your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within that final 24 hours. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription on these same terms unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase for continued access to Bunavi Plus, with no renewal, and can be restored on a new device. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region; purchases — including any refund or right of withdrawal — are handled entirely by Apple as the seller.
Lifetime access and app closure
A lifetime unlock is a one-time payment for Bunavi Plus for as long as we run Bunavi — there is no hidden expiry, but it is not a promise that the app exists forever. If we ever have to retire Bunavi, we will give you at least 90 days' advance notice, with time to export your records first. This does not affect the mandatory refund and consumer rights you have by law, which are handled through Apple as the seller. Monthly and annual plans simply stop billing.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Bunavi running, but we can't promise it is always available, uninterrupted, or error-free — it depends on your device, your connection, and services we don't control. We may add, change, pause, or remove features to keep the app healthy and secure; if we ever plan to discontinue Bunavi entirely, the section above applies.
App stores
When you download Bunavi from the Apple App Store, your licence to use the app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement; where it conflicts with these terms for App Store use, the Apple agreement governs the licence. These terms are between you and Rostislav Antonovich, not Apple — Apple has no obligation to support the app or to handle claims about it, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. If you install Bunavi from Google Play, Google's terms also apply.
Fair use & termination
Use Bunavi for your own family. Don't try to break, overload, or probe the service; don't reverse-engineer or copy it; don't use it to store content that isn't yours to store or to gain access to another family's data; and don't resell or automate access to it. You can delete your account anytime; we may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory legal protections of your country of residence — nothing here takes those away.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here with an updated date, and significant changes will also be announced in the app.
General
These terms, together with our privacy policy and — for App Store installs — Apple's app licence, are the whole agreement between us. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we don't give up the right to later. You may not transfer your account or these terms; we may transfer them if Bunavi is ever reorganized or acquired, without reducing your rights.
